Friends & Family Test Results

The NHS want you to have the best possible experience of care. The NHS Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can continually review our service.

It is based on one simple question:

"Thinking about your recent appointment. How was your experience of our service?"

Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think of your experience – what you like and what you think we could improve. Ultimately, you’re helping us to make changes that will ensure we can offer the best possible care.

FRIENDS & FAMILY TEST RESULTS

Please note: from 2016 to March 2021, the Friends and Family Test had a different question. What you can see here are the current questions and results, but for the previous years there was a different question used.

Instead of the current question asked ("Thinking about your recent appointment. How was your experience of our service?"), the question was:

"How likely are you to recommend Alchester Medical Group to friends and family?"

The results wording were also changed in April 2021.  Instead of the current results wording, ("Very Good", "Good", "Neither good nor poor", "Poor", "Very poor", "Don't know"), the results were worded:

Extremely Likely; Likely; Neither Likely nor Unlikely; Unlikely; Extremely Unlikely; Don't Know

This means that the results that you can see here remain the same, but the wording of the questions were different for previous years.
