Excellent service

Completed an EConsult , got immediate communication via text / email to confirm receipt and expected contact time. Phone call from reception with a GP appointment on same morning , saw GP full examination completed and full explanation given . Prescription sent to pharmacy which I collected in the afternoon, I try to give time to process as they are so busy at pharmacy. Referred to Bicester community for XRay all done excellent service . Thank you to the team

Reassuring experience

I had to see a paramedic at the surgery with regard to chest pain, which was also causing anxiety. However I walked out of my appointment feeling much less anxious and reassured about my symptoms. I felt I was given the time to talk and really listened to. Thank you!

Impossible to Get Appointments

You have to fill out multiple pages (39!!!) of information online to be able to book an appointment on the day - by the time you've finished - inevitably get no appointments available.

You are then told you can only get an appointment in an emergency or you can try again tomorrow (where you can expect the same results).

Worst thing is you have to fill in the 39 pages again! I've never heard of any other GP who use a process as awful as this.

They make it clear they don't want to see their patients. The booking system is clearly designed to just make people give up.

Impossible to get an appointment

The whole appointment process is so complicated and bureaucratic it seems designed to put people off. And E-consults are cancelled if you don’t do everything spot on.
